Scientists are sure we see only 26 % of ourselves and our surroundings. We can’t see our other 74%; it’s in dimensions we generally ignore because our senses don’t perceive them. But they’re there, they’re accessible and the answers to all life’s practical problems, plus absolute knowledge of our origin, lie in understanding them.
This short book explains how we continually touch, with our ‘inner senses’, aspects of our hidden dimensions. With practice, and a simple alteration in our viewpoint – of what life really is – we can encourage our inner dimensions to take a greater part in our lives. Consequently, stress and anxiety can diminish; health can be continuously buoyant; awkward relationships can improve dramatically. It’s not a definitive instruction manual but an aid to self improvement or self discovery.
